The initiative is targeted at new business start-ups with an innovative idea that has expert potential and will create sustainable employment in the state of Bihar.

Who We Are

Enterprising Zone, Incubation Center was established in 2013 by Bihar Entrepreneurs Association. The Incubation center is supported by Ministry of Electronics & Information Technology (Government of India), Department of Industries (Govt. of Bihar), StartUp India, Govt. of India and many organization with National and International repute. The vision of this Institute is to encourage entrepreneurship and inculcate the same values in youth and potential entrepreneurs form each zone of state either in the cities or at the grassroot level as well as to become a Centre of Business Development in Eastern India.
Enterprising Zone organises Many Programs and Workshops on New Technologies, Pitching Programs, Business Development Opportunities, Tie Ups and Investments from Business Communication to Machine Learning, AI and VR.
EZ with its partners provide pool of Mentors and Investors from different sectors.
It has incubated around 150 startups and established entrepreneurs in last 4 years. It's work has been acknowledged not only by Govt of India but also by Govt of China, Govt of Israel, Govt of Taiwan and by Govt of United States when the US Ambassador himself visited the EZ. It also works for International Business Development and works closely with Entrepreneurs in Market Entry and Market Expansion Strategies.
Converting a Business idea into a successful Business, calls for a great deal of planning and careful execution, and having a mentor during this process can give a fledgling entrepreneur an edge. If you have a great idea and an entrepreneurial streak, with an appetite for high achievement and a willingness to take risks, the EZ incubation Centre is the place for you. The primary goal of the Centre is to create a large quantity of quality entrepreneurs. Towards this objective, it aims to seed a new ethos wherein people will understand and encourage entrepreneurship as a preferred career option with Global Connects.

Approach

The program seeks to intervene mainly at the critical start up phase of the enterprise with business development services provided at later stages.

The primary aim of the Business Idea Submission is to encourage individuals with an entrepreneurial spirit to consider self-employment as a real option.

Selection Process

The Judging Panel will shortlist TEN applicants every quarter who meet the criteria as set down in the Application Form and Terms of Conditions. These TEN applicants must be available for interview and presentation of their Business Plan/Idea to the Judging Panel. The last date to submit the completed form is 30th June 2016.

Terms & Conditions

The participant should be 14 years of age and above to participate in the business plan submission. a) Individual participation is allowed in the submission, although participation in teams is also welcome. However, the maximum number of members allowed per team is Seven (7). Organization/Startups only with maximum two years of experience will be allowed to take part.
